Privacy Policy
How Pathlytics handles information when providing marketing intelligence and customer relationship tools.
Effective October 5, 2026.
Pathlytics is provided by Taro Systems, Inc. This Policy explains the information we process when people visit Pathlytics or when customers use our marketing intelligence, analytics and CRM services.
Information we collect
We may process account and contact information, subscription and transaction information, customer-provided lead and CRM data, and website event data submitted through the Pathlytics tracker, forms, APIs or authorized integrations. Website event data may include page URLs and paths, referrers, campaign and UTM parameters, Google click identifiers, visitor and session identifiers, timestamps, IP address, browser, operating system, device type, screen dimensions, language, clicks and scroll activity.
How we use information
We use information to provide and operate Pathlytics; authenticate accounts; produce analytics, attribution and marketing insights; connect visitor activity to leads and conversions; provide CRM and communications features; support customers; prevent fraud and abuse; maintain security; and improve the service.
Customer website data
Our customers determine which websites and forms they connect to Pathlytics and are responsible for providing appropriate privacy notices and obtaining any consent required for their use of tracking, advertising and communications technologies.
Service providers and integrations
We may use hosting, database, communications, payment, analytics, AI and security providers to operate Pathlytics. When a customer authorizes an integration, we may exchange information with that provider as necessary to deliver the requested feature. Those third parties may have their own privacy terms.
AI processing
When AI-assisted features are used, relevant business or marketing information may be processed by an AI service provider to produce requested analysis or recommendations. We seek to limit information sent to what is reasonably necessary for the feature.
SMS and email
Where communications features are used, contact information and message-related data may be processed to deliver requested messages. SMS consent is not sold or shared with third parties for their independent marketing. See our SMS Opt-In Policy for additional information.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary by data type and customer configuration.
Security
We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. No internet or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
Choices and requests
Depending on applicable law, individuals may have rights concerning access, correction or deletion of personal information. Requests involving information collected on behalf of a Pathlytics customer may need to be directed to that customer.
Changes
We may update this Policy as Pathlytics changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
